Fantom Tower

The owners of this luxury apartment sought a number of restorations and upgrades, chief among which were a fresh fireplace surround and to repurpose a home office space into a storage/dressing room. The original builder spec marble fireplace surround had cracks throughout and the home office space did not suit their needs. We added new custom built wardrobes to store off seasons clothing and some open shelving for miscellaneous items, all while making room for the spare refrigerator. The existing open shelving was repurposed for shoe storage and painted to match.
